2. Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only once we have sent a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Products

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

4. Product Pricing and Title

4.1 Pricing Errors
If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to arrange payment of any additional amount due or refund any overpayment made. Orders may be corrected or cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.

4.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

4.3 Transfer of Title
Ownership of products does not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received, processed, and the order has been dispatched.

5. Your Order

• Orders may be delayed or refused where information is incomplete, unverifiable, or where fraud or abuse is suspected
• Refunds in such cases will be made to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees
• No refunds will be made to third-party accounts

For large or multiple-item orders, customers must contact us in advance to confirm availability and agree on specific return or exchange conditions. We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders.

6. Shipping

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Clandestine shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays beyond its reasonable control, or improper use of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

All website content is the property of La Clandestine and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rights.
