Shipping Information

Thank you for visiting our store. We want to ensure you have all the information you need about our shipping policies.

All orders are subject to product availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed only once a dispatch confirmation email has been sent.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our store location. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to order confirmation.
Free standard delivery within Portugal is offered on orders over €60 (excluding furniture).

Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped via CTT or an equivalent courier service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays & Force Majeure

La Clandestine shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to industrial action, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

In such cases, an alternative delivery solution may be proposed where possible, or a full refund will be issued if delivery cannot be completed.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, orders outside the European Union cannot be placed directly through the website. Customers located outside the EU must contact us at lani@lagaluche.com to arrange their order and receive a shipping quotation.

For shipments outside the EU:

  • The recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Orders may be delayed, inspected, or opened by customs authorities
  • La Clandestine is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs procedures

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy is governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable European Union law.
